This property is sold subject to terms and conditions of leases that expires December 31st, 2024. Full possession to be given January 1st, 2025. This property will be free and clear to farm or rent in 2025. The new buyer will get hunting rights as of January 1, 2025. The 2024 rent and CRP payments belong to the seller. Buyer will assume CRP contracts and will receive CRP payments starting in 2025 through the FSA Office.
