Possession to take place on or before January 7th, 2025. Sold subject to a written lease that expires December 31^st, 2024. Property will be free and clear to farm or rent January 1^st, 2025. A Contract for Deed will be entered into between the parties. Contract for deed payments are as follows: First 1/3 , plus buyer’s premium commission and closing costs will be paid to Casey Bridgman Trust Account by January 7, 2025.  The second and third payments will be made to the Casey Bridgman Trust Account on January 7, 2026 and January 7, 2027, and will include interest at 4%.
