Closing to take place on or before December 19th, 2024. This property is sold subject to the terms and conditions of a lease on the pasture land that expires 12/31/2024. Possession on land to occur January 1, 2025. Possession on the homesites to occur at closing. Personal property noted in the Bill of Sales will transferred to the new owners with the other personal property to be removed prior to possession. There are some portable fences in the acreage sites that will be removed; however, they will be replaced by suitable fencing. Upon acceptance of the sale by the seller, a non-refundable earnest money deposit equal to 10% will be due at the conclusion of the sale. If the buyer is not immediately available at the conclusion of the auction, the purchase agreement and non-refundable earnest money deposit must be completed within 24 hours from the close of the auction.
